2 places for short term let in a coworking space near Berlin-Hauptbahnhof. A lot of space for creative workshop, studio, etc. in the basement. Above, the desks are in a light-flooded first floor shop.

Coworking concept: We are two German freelancers (journalist/lawyer) in our thirties using this calm and friendly closed shop as an office for our writing work we have to do.

We look for other self-employed persons who wants to join us in our office. No matter what you do. There is a very special feature: The shop comes with a full cellar. These two rooms are very dry and clean and ready for creative use. There is even a recording facility: a soundproofed cabin for your recording studio. We do not need this space of approx. 50 sqm downstairs, anyway.

Your desk: The front room office is furnished with a desk, office chair, phone, internet access, fax and laser printer for your purpose. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a 4-chair dining corner which can be used as a meeting room, too. What is more: separate bath with toilet, basin and shower, a corridor with wardrobe, two doorways (street/hallway).

Floor plan: (a) front room with 3 desks, (b) other office room, (c) kitchen, (d) lumber-room, (e) bath, (g) stairway to basement.

Monthly rental fee per desk: 250 Euro.

Rent includes: desk, usage of basement, electricity, water, heating, communicative and office devices, insurances.

Rent is to pay monthly. There is a 30 days' notice and a deposit of 250 Euro which will be returned when moving out.

Neigbourhood: The office is situated in Elberfelder Straße. This is a traffic-calmed street in a well-off residential area. The charming waterside of Spree is just a minute to walk. There are some good cafés, bars and restaurant within a few footsteps. No wonder why there are a bunch of freelance media art agencies and several galleries to drop by once in a while.
